The Floods That Changed Everything
The River of Perfumes overflowed its banks, flooding The House of Affection orphanage in Hue, Vietnam.
Homes, classrooms, and dormitories were destroyed, walls covered in mud, books washed away, and food supplies gone. Yet amid the chaos, the children still smile. Because love, unlike walls, cannot be washed away.
The Courage to Rebuild
Today, Jean and Thuy face another challenge of their lives.Their courage, and the love that sustains them together, are all that remain but it’s enough to keep them standing.
How You Can Help
💧 Every 10 € feeds one child for a week.
It takes just 3 minutes to donate and every gesture counts, the River Took Everything but Love Remained.
Visit and Experience Their World
If you travel through Vietnam, you can support The House of Affection by staying at
Tam Tinh Vien Homestay a peaceful guesthouse within the orphanage that helps fund the children’s education.
Every act of kindness rebuilds their world. Donate, share, or simply spread the word. Together, we can keep love alive.
