The kids are all grown up…
This family was living under a plastic tarpaulin in the middle of rice fields. We built them a house but the alcoholic father was constantly putting the life of the family members in jeopardy. We decided to take the three kids in House of Affection. We housed and feed them, provided them with education and protection. Eventually the father died from liver cancer.
Nthu Y the elder daughter just graduated in Japanese language and will soon leave for Tokyo to pursue higher studies. The youngest is studying French at the University of Foreign Language in Hue.
Their mom survives in making incense sticks and they are her pride and hope.
